A Joyful Sewing Journey: A Delightful & Abundant Sewing Curriculum For Children. *PHYSICAL BOOK*

Want to teach your children to sew, but don't know how?

5 AWESOME things about this curriculum:

1. YOU can teach your kids how to sew, OPEN & GO. You don’t need to prepare long lessons, drive to classes, or be a professional seamstress yourself (although it certainly helps if you know a little bit!) 
    
2. Kids ages 5-13 learn basic sewing tools, skills, and projects from square one. No prior knowledge required.
    
3. Machine sewing is learned gradually, so the student is comfortable before using the needle and thread!
    
4. Between each unit is a “Sewing Tidbits” page, with a small feast of artwork, literature, historical images and facts all about sewing.
    
5. The curriculum begins with an “all about sewing” unit, just like in a home economics class. Learn about who sews, what is sewn, and why you should sew!

It is a slow curriculum, full of practice work, and information you have to read. In a fast video based, hyper-stimulating world, this is the curriculum I want to use to teach my own kids. One that is beautiful, delightful, slow, abundant, and joyful. One that we read aloud together.

My kids are now the age where I want to teach them to sew on a machine, but I couldn’t find a sewing curriculum I loved. So I decided to make my own.
